Hi - I'm Coach Diana Leigh
I healed my relationship with food and my body, but it took un-learning everything I thought I knew about nutrition.
I ditched tracking and weighing and measuring my food and got back to the basics.
I began to rebuild a relationship with my body through getting to know my hunger and fullness cues.
I stopped restricting and focused on balance and moderation.
I pulled back on my training and incorporated more recovery.
Once I got back to the basics, I was able to rebuild myself into the healthiest and strongest person I've ever been.

❌ You want to be handed a macro or meal plan. NWC prioritizes building a proper foundation prior to getting into specifics. You'll receive general guidance but we will not be tracking our food to the gram.
❌ You are unwilling to move away from restrictive diet plans such as keto or shake-based programs. As a coach I value anti-restriction, and I do not coach my clients on these diets (unless you are vegan or plant-based).
