I am passionate about helping others move from obsessive dieting to a balanced and healthy lifestyle because I struggled myself.

I found myself obsessed with controlling how my body looked, tracking everything I ate to the gram, and using unhealthy means to be thin. I was miserable, and finally had had enough.

I ditched macro tracking + weighing and measuring my food, and now I help others do the same while achieving their specific goals.

My approach is a combination of personalized nutrition guidance tailored to my clients' goals and lifestyle while teaching them intuitive eating habits so they can sustain their success for life.
